What does Hoop integrate with?

Hoop works with Gorgias, Zendesk, and Kustomer on the helpdesk side, and Recharge or Skio for subscription billing. It also connects to Shopify to read commerce data: orders, products, and customer history. Setup takes about 20 minutes via OAuth. No migration required.

Do I need engineering resources to set up Hoop?

No. Hoop connects through OAuth and our team handles the integration end-to-end, including ingesting your last 90 days of cancellation history. There is no code to deploy and nothing to migrate.

Is Hoop safe to use on customer-facing tickets?

Yes. Hoop runs in draft mode by default during onboarding, so your team reviews every reply before it goes out. Once you're confident, Hoop can send replies on its own for cancellation tickets only. It never touches ticket categories outside the cancellation queue.

My helpdesk isn't listed. Can I still use Hoop?
